If interested, the University of Wisconsin-Madison is putting together a four day class called “Fundamentals of Wind Power Plant Design“. It looks rather interesting, although I will not be making it to Wisconsin for the educational service.
I received a brochure in the mail to my work as an advertisement for the class. I subscribe to a few of these energy trading type magazines which I am sure got me onto this list. The only unfortunate part of the brocure was their website they tell you to go to in order to enroll:

I mean, they should make this slightly easier considering they are publishing this in paper so attendees must type in the address manually. A lesson in generic domaining could help these educators.
One the subject of Wind Power, I was out in Palm Springs last week with the family and got a cool picture of all of the wind turbines while we were 4×4′ing up the side of a mountain.
