What is Vacation?
Just as Frank goes on Summer Vacation, I return from a bit of a blogging vacation of my own. With the previous site down for a good month or two now, I have finally managed to get my new theme up and running and some of the categories and links installed. A few more cosmetic and functionality additions and it should be good as new. In the mean time, I think I can start blogging again.
To start off, rather than going green, I would like to comment on the recent domain coverage in the media. To be honest, I am against the championing of domaining. I love the profession and potential, but once it is in the media’s hands, it always turns ugly. While this Fox News report does not downplay domaining at all, they definitely hint to a “bubble” scenario, which only serves to make domainers look giddy and clueless of what they are getting themselves into, which in my opinion is not the case with true domainers.
