What are your top three blogs? A friend of mine pointed out how interesting it can be to know what other people are reading and why. I couldn’t agree more, which is one reason why I post what book I am currently reading on the blog left sidebar.
I also think having to pick only three blogs can truly describe a lot about who you are. While it is not “if you could only read three blogs from now until you die, which would they be?”, it is still a solid reflection on your personality, character, and current interests.
So, without further ado, here I are my top 3 blogs and why:
- Seth’s Blog – While I do not always buy into everything he says, there are often sheer moments of marketing and business genius on this blog. Plus his writing style is fantastic…short and to the point.
- The Big Picture- This is my favorite financial blog for watching general market, real estate, and market-related political news. I also agree with most of Ritholtz’s bearish and political views, which help my confidence in trading.
- The Adventures of PPC Hero – While relatively new into my top ranks, I think this is a great blog for Internet marketing tips. It speaks just about at my educational level of Internet Marketing and provides concise, helpful information with examples.
- (Honorable Mention) Dilbert – I have a whole Google Reader folder of easy reads and entertaining blogs, but Dilbert always tops them all. I couldn’t really count it in my top three. It’s not really a blog – although it does have an RSS feed – and I did not think an Entertainment themed read really fits my top 3, but it does deserve an honorable mention.
How about you? What are your top three blogs?

This could be a tad bit biased but DNUnderground is by far my favorite. If I were to pick 3, not including mine, I’d say:
1) BruceMarler.com
2) DomainGang.com
3) ChefPatrick.com
Those aren’t in any specific order
These are my 4 favorites–they span consumer web investors and entrepreneurs. 2 really focus on metrics/operations, 2 on big picture opportunities.
