So, I have spent most of my Internet video time over the last several months watching Charlie Rose. I enjoy his interviews and his subjects are usually extremely knowledgeable about their topics.
Well, I found another video source to compliment these interviews. These are presentations by similarly intelligent people. They have been organized by a group called TED and provide never ending food for the brain. I really enjoyed the second half of Bill Gates speech where he talks about reforming the education system, but to get a quick feel for the “woah”-factor involved with some of these talks, watch the latest video on the mathematics of war.

Since you’re a big basketball fan, be sure to watch the Wizard of Westwood’s speech on TED. Although it certainly isn’t as mind blowing as the other talks, there are ample life lessons.

Funny, you read my mind. I’m writing a blog for Basketball.org about that speech right now.
